President Donald Trump accused Iran of attempting to drive up oil prices ahead of the U.S. midterm elections, alleging that the country is fabricating reports of attacks and mines in the Strait of Hormuz.
In a post, Trump also claimed that 75,000 protesters have been killed in less than seven months and reiterated his position that Iran must never be allowed to obtain a nuclear weapon.
Iran is doing everything they can to drive up the price of Oil prior to the U.S. Midterm Election. They are even making up fake hits, mines, and everything else, because more Oil is coming through the Hormuz Strait now than it did even prior to the beginning of the Conflict. They continue to kill protestors, and anyone else that happens to be in their way. It is truly an Evil Regime, and I can only hope the American Public, and the World, understands how EVIL they are! 75,000 protestors lie dead in less than seven months. It is shocking how the World, and the Dumocrat Party, seem not to care. IRAN CAN NEVER HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON, AND THEY WILL NEVER HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON! President DONALD J. TRUMP
The amount of oil passing through the pipeline that bypasses the Strait of Hormuz has tripled, according to Aramco.
The capacity went from 2 million to 7 million.
The president of Saudi’s state-owned oil company Aramco, whose sites have been targeted by Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthi militants, says the amount of oil moving through a pipeline that bypasses the Strait of Hormuz has more than tripled.
The East-West pipeline’s capacity has surged from 2 million to 7 million barrels each day, President and CEO Amin Nasser said in an interview with Saudi-owned television Al Arabiya Business.
Built in the early 1980s, the pipeline played a crucial role in Saudi Arabia’s ability to export oil following the disruption of the Strait of Hormuz during the Iran war.
